P500 Accessory Plug?

In the picture is a red plug that's under the hood and tie wrapped to the cross member. . Is this where you plug in an accessory harness? I think the club store sells them. Is it P/N HARN-KEYN-01a ?

No... red is the DLC connector.
But this is where it does connect to.
