Figured a thread where we could post our ACTUAL tire dimensions (vs. what's printed on the sidewall) could be helpful for those in the market.

This after seeing a significant difference on a new set of tires on a friends' machine.

I have Kenda Bearclaw HTRs, 27x9x12 and 27x11x12. Height measures 26.5" with 8 lb. psi. (have run them for a year as of now). Width runs true.

I have a set of SunFs on my Foreman. I'll post those up as well when I can.

All I know is that they get lower with use.

Kenda Bearclaw HTR 26x9x12 and 26x11x12 measure 25.75" on the machine with 6 psi. I think they were just over 26" when I had them at 10 psi.

I ordered a set of Big Horn 2.0 's 27x9-12 for the front and 27x11-12 for the rear from KJ Motorsports, then had them mounted on ITP 12 in 5+2 steel wheels from Dennis Kirk. However, they are barely measuring 26 inches in height. This is with 9lbs of pressure in the rears and 11lbs in the front. The only non-stock weight on the machine when I last measured is the following: Honda Roof, windshield, rearview mirror, rear panel, tray, JBL speaker, and power steering. Been bothering me for months as all the research said the BH's ran true to size or larger... disappointed, had I known I probably would have stepped up to 28's.

Take the weight off of them altogether and measure.

The discussion of actual has been had on the forum many times and some seem to think that it's with the weight of the machine on it. That's going to vary all over the place. What machine it's on, what's been added, PSI, temperature at the time...the only way to do it is with all the weight off of the tire, that'll be consistent and true. Btw, 28" 2.0's measure big, about 28 1/8". 26's measure 26 1/2".
