Yea

yes - just buy the used takeoffs from eBay and the PCM is already programmed, just waiting for a few signals

search PCM\ECM connectors, also recommend to search youtube on same subject, all the tricks of the trade available, I added the paddles to my buddies a few years back, not so difficult after youtube training on the connectors...

I bought the whole paddle assembly used and bout a new switch. I found a schematic online for the wiring so it's just a matter of doing it now

Gotcha so basically just the bare wire is contacting the pin on the pcm? If the wire doesn't push out and it's a tight fit I guess it should work fine. You are proof so I will try that sir. Thanks that makes it even easier.

Well it's official. I too now have paddle shifters and they are working perfectly buy following this thread. I will post up some pics and tips that I learned for future people. Thanks to all that gave advice especially iclark!
