P500 Anyone Running 27" Bighorns & ITP Delta 4+3's ?

Yes, I know and I apologize in advance...tires and wheels have been beaten to death....
(Couldn't find this exact info in a search...not that I searched properly but I tried....)

Just trying to figure out what's going to be the best "fit" for our new 500....buy once cry once..lol..

Thought I would go with the BH 2.0, 27x9/27x11 with the ITP Delta 4+3....

Primary usage: This will mostly be used as a utility rig...but, I luv a cool factor as well as being able to trail it...

Too tall..?
Too wide..?
Too bouncy with 27's..?

If you have this combo...how wide is your rig now , F & R ??

Is there another combo I should be looking at as far as tire size and offset goes ??

26" & 5+2
26" & 4+3
27" & 5+2
Suggestions if different are more than welcome..

I like the BH 2.0's as well as the ITP steel wheels so just looking for the right/correct size combo...

If I were doing it all over again I would go with 27's on 4+3. I'm told 28's will rub so 27 is as big as you can go. I'd buy the BH 2.0's again too, good all around tire and light. That machine will have a nice stance and stability with 4+3's. Where's the pic of that new ride?

I'm running a different tire with that combo...... 27 Terrabites on ITP black steel w/ a 4+3 offset. I love them, made it very stable, no rubbing.

Lol....pics coming this weekend...being strapped down in the trailer doesn't do it any justice !

Just don't want too big or wide..read 27's can be bouncy (??)... I have Bear Claw 26x9/11's (seem they run small) and 5+2 ITP's on my son's Foreman 500.. Heading north tomorrow so thought I (errr.. he, ) would throw them on there.. No, not apples to apples but might give me an idea...on his bike they could probably be 27's and be fine..Beefy machine. I like the Kendas but will put the BH's on the P5 like my 570...

How wide are you in front and back now ? I read those tires run small..true or false ?

Have any actual measurements of the tire W & H vs stamp on sidewall ?

I am running 5+2 wheels with 6x9x12 Original BH's on all 4 corners with 1" spacers in front and 1 1/2" spacers in the rear. If I remember correctly, I am at 54" wide.

If you have 5+2's and 9's are at 54"... Then the 27's and 5+2 might be a tad wider....that's about wide as I want to be...Hmmmmm.....

If I was to do it over , I would probably consider the 4+3 wheels over the 5+2. I don't think you have the selection of wheels if you go 4+3 though.

I've never measured, we're not limited for trail width UP here so it wasnt a concern. I can get you some when I get home on Friday.

@GreenBush after you get comfortable with the machine , get rid of the anti-sway bar. This will really improve the ride.
