You already have 27’s on 12’s with that offset. Sure you can run 14’s it will all be the same just a taller rim. You’ll have to find a tire to fit the 14. Also keep in mind, when u go from the 12 to 14 your gonna loose cushion in that tire aka little rougher ride than with the 12 ;)
But if your good with that, then go for it!

Thinking maybe the Elka 1s could offset the rougher ride of less tire sidewall. I figure 27s on 14s may rub though. I would need 1+" of clearance in my current setup, yes?

@trigger, any thoughts?

As long as you don't get too wide. I had rubbing when I went to 26x11's on the front with 5+2's and 1" spacers. Keep in mind, those 26's were 26.5" actual and that was at full lock and compression. It wasn't slight rubbing either, they were biting. Is this for the 520? The reason I ask is bc mine is a '15 and I believe they sat an inch higher out of the gate. Worse comes to worst you'll have to get those SATV arched A arms. 🤷‍♂️ You'd have to dig a little deeper into the wallet but that would be a bad b!tch!

IPT 27X9X12 <> ITP wheels 4x3 offset ( no rub )
As long as you stick with 4x3 Offset & 27in tires <> either Will wotk fine No Rub.
Your preferance both will ride Better with shock up grade.
12's RIDE <> BEST
14's Ride <> Good

2022 P520 ( factory front Inner Fenders )

This would be for the 500. Sometime down the road.
My 27" (on 12s) rub a bit on the 520; I could live with it.
I've recently wondered if a tire with a rounded profile would rub less than a squared off profile, all else being equal. Seems reasonable . . .

trigger, how wide are you with the 28s (on 12s?) and the arched arms?

No thoughts, just experience with a P1, busted two stock front tires, 1 stock size 10 ply EFX. Had the EFX vulcanized, aired up to 13 psi, rode like a pogo stick until my new 14 rims, 30 inch tires, a-arms and shocks came in. Never looked back and haven't busted a front yet. May have jinks myself.

I'm at 55" with the 28x10's. That's just 5+2's and no spacers in the front.

Love the thought of it. Provides 1.5" of added 'lift'.
[EDIT: wrong, changing from 27s to 28s adds 1/2" clearance; wheels are irrelevant . . . duh]

-may rub, even with 1" offset arched arms? [EDIT: nope]
-rear fender well clearances? [EDIT: not an issue]
-bringing tippiness back into play [EDIT: unlikely, for my setup]
-adds 20 lbs in extra tire/wheel weight

currently running 4+3s front, and 4+3s with 1" spacers on rear.

Don't know the specs on the SATV arms but the OutKast's gave 1" of lift on their own and 3" forward projection. Then with the added height of the tires, yeah you'll get some clearance and different COG. The added weight of tires is why I went go with the BH 2.0's, they're a little lighter and I only notice power reduction when trying to hit top end on a speed run. You should have plenty of clearance in the rear wheel wells.

I run the Tusk Uinta wheel in 14x7 (5+2) with a 27x10-14 K9 supergrip, that measure very close to true, and they rub HARD. Keep in mind they're a very square profile though. I'm convinced if I had gone with a more rounded profile it would probably clear. IIRC, I have 1.5"F/2"R spacers. ~56" overall width.

Also, wheel diameter should have no affect on height, unless we're measuring in Metric.

I think some SATV forward swept A-arms are in my list for someday.

I did have me a purty 14" aluminum wheel picked out for the blue 520, but I should prolly stick with steel!

Adding these arms (approx. 5 bills) for an extra 1/2" clearance doesn't seem too smart. My current 27" set up does not rub.

Unless, 29s . . . ? 🤔😆
1/2" is all they give? Hmmm. Not sure that'd be worth it given the price.
