Timmonsville, SC (1/27/2014) - Only four years after Honda released the Big Red 700 side by side the obviously full utilitarian machine has been laid to rest in favor of the more modern, utility with a sporty feel, the new Honda Pioneer 700. The 2014 Honda Pioneer 700 comes in a two-seat version along with a first for Honda, a four seat version, the Pioneer 700-4, which is the least expensive four seat SxS on the market.
Timmonsville is located in Florence county South Carolina and the Honda production facility there employs many locals in various jobs. To say that Honda has stimulated the economy of Florence county is an understatement as Honda continues to add more US jobs with the release of the Honda Pioneer.



The Honda South Carolina facility production facility builds 21 different ATV and SxS vehicles that ship around the World
The South Carolina plant currently builds 21 different ATV and SxS vehicles, and only the TRX 90 and TRX 450R are still shipped over from Japan, so the HSC produces over 100,000 units every year for delivery around the world.


2014 Honda Pioneer 700 4
The first production 2014 Honda 700 4 rolled off the production line in front of Honda employees, media and the South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley
Our trip to the Assembly plant was a special one, as the first production Honda Pioneer 700 would be unveiled and rolled across the finish line in our presence. The South Carolina Governor, Nikki Haley, also attended the event as well as many dignitaries from Honda corporate and local state agencies.

It was also obvious by the HSC employees’ reaction to the first Honda Pioneer to come off the line that they were proud of the products they are creating, and this should most definitely add to the quality of the consumers purchase.........
