Then I may change it. I'm not sure what time I will be arriving Friday night. Maps says its 9-1/2 hour drive. I will be in my motorhome so I'm guessing at least 10 hour drive. Not sure we will make it by dinner time.
What do we need to bring for Friday night and Saturday night dinner?

Looks like we need somewhat of a list to go by. If I’m wrong or speaking out of place pls let me know: looks like a smoked meat bbq night Friday night we need to know who can bring meat and the rest of us bring sides!!! You cn cook at home and heat up at room!! Saturday night fish fry I’m thinking me , Chad and Buckydoo are bringing fish and cookers, Smitty is bringing hush puppies. We may need oil, plates, paper towels, fries, ketchup, fish fry, throw away pans, onions etc.... I’ll have bowls from fish to be put in. Hope this helps I’ve been thinking about the same thing BigRed7769!

Us and John and Sabrina can bring whatever we need to bring. Just don't wanna bring the same stuff as someone else and end up not having what we need

I think the best thing we can do is just put down what you want to bring and that way we can see and plan accordingly. I’ll bring a meat for Friday night. Also like John and them every one let the ones that are not in this group know the plans
