P1000 Bed extender (Ontario F***ing lock down project)

We are planning on doing a camping trip, or two in the summer. As there is no storage space for gear with the kids in the back. I have started a bed exterior project. This is what I have done so far.

The support is a dang good idea

Thanks. I bolted the attachment point in the bed to the fram underneath. I was concerned of weight flexing and damaging the frame. So I added the support to stop the movement.

Nice job! Looks like it's well thought out.

Finished product. I added some supports underneath. I also added extra fuel brackets. I painted it with Rust-oleum spray on bed liner.
Now what do I do for the rest of this stupid lock down...... ah.... make ammo!!
