Calling switch

I just received my 10 pin caroling switch to wire stinger for key on or aux on and not sure how to wire it up. I’m not getting continuity between any two pins when it’s in key on or aux. can someone send me a diagram please.

This is what I use.
Up will be lite when up.
Down will be lite when down.
Middle is off, no lights.
