P1000 cam/crank timing

anyone have the service procedure to do the cam/crank timing? Things aren't extremely clear just looking at the markings on the engine without having any kind of manual. If anyone could share whats in the service manual I'd appreciate it. Thanks

I suspect my 1000-5 has jumped time after being sunk. Anyone know how to set the timing. Identifying marks?
