Elevation. ......
It's fuel injected
that shouldn't be a
factor..
I've had mine from
sea level to 12,138ft
not a sputter. ...
just sayin
Air is less dense in higher elevation. No way around that whether it's fuel injected or not.
The P700 is fuel injected and it suffered badly from high elevation. In 2015 they added O2 sensors which help it properly meter fuel which help keep the fuel to air ratio correct but you still loose HP the higher you go up.
A naturally aspirated engine will lose ~3% HP for every 1000' of elevation. To over come this, you need a turbo that will compress the air. I love turbos!
