Took a call from my Mom actually. She got the report from the vet that her dog has cancer and has to decide when/where/how to put it down.

Sorry to hear that. We had to do that a couple of years ago for our dog. Had liver cancer.

That we do. His Dad actually got to stop by the other night and just hang out with him for a bit. Poor fella whined for hours when his Dad left. They are hoping to finish the clean up job soon so they can start the rebuilding process. The man is definitely grateful we are helping him with housing his dog in the meantime.
