I have a set of the commander shocks I was going to put on my 700 but never did. It looks like the larger opening is about 62.5mm and the smaller side with the keeper is 55.5 mm. Hope that helps.

Like I said I have a set here that I never got around to installing. I bought them off ebay with the description of grandma rig, only went to church on Sunday rig. The cylinders were no good, but the springs are fine. If you can't find any or need them let me know.
