Thats the tire I have and love them.
Evos 28-10-12 on STI HD 12x7 5+2

I'm running them at 10 psi - no rubbing. When I installed them I pumped them up to 20 to get any stretching out of the way and they rubbed - so this is about max size to fit without lift.

I like the ride but its true about having fewer choices in the 12 inch - If I ever want to changes things. Big IF...

What is your width on the 28-10's?
Also, do you have a straight on pic of the front tires mounted on your P1K?

OK this is what is on my PK10005D as for the wheels. the lugs are 4 x 136 12 mm stud. the front wheel is a 7 inch rim and it is a 5x2 as what they are saying here but it is a 1.5 positive offset. The back wheel is 9 inch wheel 6x3 but it to is a 1.5 positive offset. I put the rear wheel on the front and the front on the rear and the only thing that happened was when you turned the wheels all the way on each side the inside of the wheel would rub a wheel stop that is on the A arms on the back side of the A arms. Now if you were to dismount the tire I am sure the measurement would be close to what i said.

Sorry I missed this earlier.
I'll try to get that info today.

@500 - I finally had a chance to play with the pioneer today. Maybe this is still useful for you...
The front width is 66.5. With 1" rear spacers, the rear width is 67.

Front view - the width of the tires looks exaggerated.
Looking down the side - you can see the rears are a bit wider than stock wheels and stick out a bit.
Leaning out over the drivers door, you can see the fronts stick out a bit.

That bit of extra width makes the machine feel alot more stable.

Edit: fixed typo 67 - not 77 rear width

Thanks.
I take it you dropped the front spacers?

Yeah the extra spacers was an experiment. The stability was great but not that much different without the extra inch all around.
Decided not worth it - getting a bit wide on the trails and risk of wheel bearing wear.

Yup .. 77 - that was with my 6 inch spacers - lol

28" Evos. Same as the 30s just a different label from what I hear.

That's right, maybe 1/2" higher with the 30's.

ITP makes 30's for 14" wheels which I tried out and 30's for the 12" wheels. There could be a difference there too.

Either way, they look real good. I love the 10" wide on the front. It's much better than the 9" stock.

I have the Evo 28's on stock wheels, stock suspension and they have given me noticeably more clearance... no rubbing.

Are you still running a 1" spacer on the rear?
