get a pair of pantyhose and stick over the end then insert the pre filter and zip tie it to the tubeThose that have done this, did you trim the pre-filter any? The filter keeps getting sucked halfway down the hose when I road test it. Can I trim it so that it’s not so compressed? I can get a UNI filter but I’ll need something for Saturday.

put it over the end nice and tight or push it in the tube a little with the prefilled and it will hold the pre filter in place
Stick the filter into the end of pipe, drill about 4 screws thru pipe and into the filter. That should hold it in place.

HI K9Paco,
This looks nice and simple. What was your parts list for it ie. size of the coolant hose and did it come bent in that angle?
I’m having a hard time putting the hose on. Any tips?

Bring it in the house to warm up for a couple of hours. It should become more pliable and expand better.
