I’m having a hard time putting the hose on. Any tips?

You could heat it up some, which will probably help. I simply greased my up, pressed downward on it and TWIST it back and forth. No clamp will be needed, it is TIGHT! I tucked the end up under the dash.

get a pair of pantyhose and stick over the end then insert the pre filter and zip tie it to the tube

Panty hose need to be off anyway. LOL

Put a light film of dish soap on it, and twist it on.

This is thepost I’m looking for..anyone have an idea where the most dust free area is in a 1000-5? I’m trying to extend my air filter change interval and cleaning a pre filter would be easier than the primary.
