P1000 Dang squeak...

New SATV arms and new balljoints.
Grooved the bushings and greased them well.

This is going to drive me insane....
Worse when turning steering wheel side to side.

Got to not and bolt everything now to make sure I did not miss anything.

Mine don't squeak. Now the back bed, that's a different story.

I have HighLifter arms all around and mine squeak like crazy when dry. Luckily it dont stay dry much with where we ride but it is extremely annoying when it is dry. Keep them greased and backed the nuts off some and it helps but never goes away

Spray them down with this and it helps for a while. Does on mine anyway

Nope... need @RB3offroad to make us some bushings for the SATV a arms!

I looked at the A Arm bushings and sleeves from SATV and yes we can make them. I will order a set to look at.

Drove it quite a bit yesterday. Squeaking appears to have went away.

Sidenote....the ride on 30's is SO MUCH softer!
