P700 Difference between 15-17 and 18 up

Been looking at tuners in hope of a little more low end grunt and possibly future turbo addition but some are only listed as 18 and up and slim pickings for the older machines what's the difference in them? Connectors?

IDK...
2017 saw a few changes. Dual spark plugs and a few other things.
Nothing else I know of until 2023.

2015 is the 1st year for the O2 sensor, dual plugs, and catalytic converter.
