Yeah, I ordered a windshield from them. It came and I inspected it in front of the UPS guy. It looked good so I installed it. Once installed I removed the semi transparent (blue) film and there was a hair line crack in the bend of the half windshield. I emailed them just to let them know about it and made it clear that I wasn't looking for refund or replacement. They never even responded once. Not a sorry or to offer a discount, nothing.
