I used a set from tractor supply they were $20 bucks, I had to drill the slot out bigger and use some bigger washers but no big deal. What mounts did you guys use to attach to the ROPS?
Shoot me a PM if you are still interested and I'll get them on the way!Put me down for a pair when you get some more in the wife has wanted led whips for a while.
What sort of adapter are you looking for? You'd just need to run power to them and then hook up your switch. Were you looking for an adapter for the controller with the turn signal/brake outputs? I can't get those controllers until after January sometime according to distributor so I went with a standard RF box that has more patterns. The new whips also have more LED's than the previous model (280 vs 225).I'm waiting on @Hondasxs to let me know if he can build the above referenced adapter.
I currently have no plans to make this.I'm waiting on @Hondasxs to let me know if he can build the above referenced adapter.

While I am open to custom request. I personally think the cost would out weight the benefits.
Also, I currently dont have the tail light connectors.
I recomend getting a red positap for the brake function. I did this this week myself.
Can you plug it into the trailer plug? Just cant use whips when trailer is plugged in.I could build them myself if I had the adapters. What is the correct tail light / brake light connector? Is it the 4 pin 1.5 Superseal Connectors ? I have yet to cut / spice a wire on my rig and have no plans to do so. I'm weird about that. 🤣 XTC makes a plug and play trailer light adapter (which I have), I guess I could buy another one and use it.
No its a three wire plug, brake is middle (green/yellow) wire. You can somewhat see it belowI could build them myself if I had the adapters. What is the correct tail light / brake light connector? I don't have any more of the combos with the prewired brake/turn signal hookups. Those are backordered until after January per the distributor. I was able to get better whips (more LED'S) and controllers with more patterns this time, but they are not configured for brake/turn signals.I bought a connector here to replace a broken one I discovered on the rear tail / brake light harness after buying my used 2016 1000-3. The owner of this business is super knowledgeable about such things. I took a picture of the connector and sent it to him and he told me what I needed. Everything he sells is factory quality, no cheap crap like you get on eGay and Amazon. I'll pull the tail light assembly and see what I need. When I get the right connectors, I'll order some whips @Adam490 .
I actually did, accidentally. But I figured just in case, like you said mine is lower. I just wanted to get it out of sight. And even just up under the roof it'll still get plenty of water from when I clean the buggy so....... I figured tucked away might work 🤷♂️@JenElio not sure if you cracked open the controller box before you sealed it, but everything inside is sealed in silicone from the factory. They are listed as water-resistant so sealing it up more probably isn't a bad idea since you've got it mounted a lot lower than I do (mine is on top of the ROPS under the roof) and play in the water a fair bit more.
