SOLD

Anybody interested in some Dewalt 20v tools? Will ship on your dime or I can bring to the MOM ride later this month. These have lived in my truck or the garage for the last couple years. Switched over to Milwaukee and don’t feel like keeping up with multiple battery ecosystems. My father stole all my high AH batteries for his lawn stuff ….

$300 for everything

XR 20v mid torque 1/2” impact
XR 20v oscillating saw
20v Grinder/cut off wheel
20v 1/4 impact
20v drill

3 small batteries
2 6Ah Amazon specials
Charger

I might have more small batteries and another charger lying around somewhere that I’ll include if I can track them down.

All in working condition (the tools, not necessarily the batteries)?

If so, bring them to MOM and I'll take them off your hands.

Seems like a good deal just for tools. You switching to red tools?
Yea i believe some time ago.

Red tools are the best of the best.
Being a tradesmen, Ive had Bosch, yellow and Red tools. Best switch Ive made was to Red tools. At this time anything else is going backwards..

Not to derail his for sale thread but since they seem to be spoken for.... I have had good luck with all my Dewalt stuff as a hobbyist. I've stuck by them mostly for battery compatibility. That said, a quick search on amazon and you can find an adapter for all most any 18-20v tool/battery combo these days.

I don't rely on my tools to make a living, but I do work them hard.

With that, I'd put my DeWALT DCF891 up against any other mid-torque impact on the market today. Hands down, this thing is a beast.

It's not often that Torque Test Channel is left speechless about an impact wrench.

Your not. Looks like there spoken for.

Yes there not bad for what your doing and you should stick with what works for you. That said, for longevity quality in the trades, they just dont hold up. I take care of my stuff and have been made fun of cuz of it 🤣 but I work them hard (nohomo) had yellow for years and went through alot of impact drills and batteries one too many times $$
Since going Red Ive surpassed what would have been @ 2 repairs/replacement of yellows so far, and the power of red fuels, theres nothing that can hold a candle to them. If u haven't tried a fuel, you cant compare. Yellows have there place. Just not in the trades imo.

This is from last year, but real-world independent testing disagrees with you on the mid-torque impact wrenches. This is from the TTC video linked above.

Had to replace all four wheel bearing & hub assemblies, rotors, calipers and pads on my daugther's 2014 Malibu LTZ a couple weekends ago. The 891 made the entire job feel like a hot knife going through butter. I'd still be there today with most other tools (slight exaggeration, of course).

The only difficult part was removing the steel hub assemblies from the aluminum carriers (complete with dissimilar metal corrsion and nearly a decade of Michigan winter/salt results). The two rear hubs took an easy 15 minutes of pounding with a sledgehammer before they finally broke loose. This was NOT a fun day for this guy.

Yeah, I was already pretty heavily invested in M12 stuff so when my gas weedeater s*** the bed, I picked up the M18 weedeater/blower and a few M18 batteries. Switched all my larger hand tools over to M18 over that time.

Never had any issue out of the DeWalt stuff. I really like that mid-torque impact, but was tired of dealing with multiple batteries/chargers/adapters/etc.

Could have been sent a private message.
Yes, it could have been.

When I post things for sale and they sell outside of the public view/forum (e.g., IRL, in DM, etc.), I always update the FS post to indicate the items have been sold in order to avoid any confusion.

Oh, well. It is what it is.

I did when I got back online this morning and saw the PM from the buyer. I responded to your PM letting you know they'd sold as well.
