First I want to say that this forum has been invaluable resource for figuring out ideas on how to customize and build this farm buggy Into a unique and highly functional toy/tool.

This is the starting machine, a basic P500 less the 700miles and the only added options of a winch and rearview mirror.

It was supposed to be a simple machine for around the farm till I found this forum and next thing you know she doesn’t look quite the same anymore!

mods so far:
-front and rear turn signals: front light housings are 1/8” steel and serve as a front bumper too
-car horn
-led front light bulbs
-choogans glovebox 2.0 (modded with a USB port in box)
-trigger’s quickshield (works awesome)
-ut801 windshield with manual wiper for now (have everything to wire in an ford escort motor and windshield washer, will be winter project)
-EMP metal roof
-superatv full skid plate for the P520 modified mounting for the P500 (after two sticks through the floor this is a must have mod)
-home made 1/8” thick HDPE front fender flairs and liners (must have with ripsaw tires)
-home made rear fender extensions (schoogins idea?) moved rear fenders out 3 inches again 1/8 HDPE
-moose rear hitch mount
-stock car ROPS cage kit modified and fitted to the P500 1-3/4” pipe 1/8” thick mounted with bolt on weldable bungs so the cage can be removed easily
-40mm ammo can storage
-front rack that tips away built from harbor freight rear hitch rack
-set of four sadona ripsaw tires 26/9/12 front and 26/11/12 rear on aluminum rims (local screaming deal)
-rear seating is two car seats that be removed as needed for rear rack space.
-superatv 1.5“ rear wheel spacers (needed with stock tires, might not need with ripsaws)
-side mirrors
-Maine farm use license for road use between farms :)

still on the to do list:
-custom aluminum roof for the rear
-lexan rear window to protect the kids when backing up in brush
-back up fuel storage
-gun rack
-automotive wipers with window washer
-side doors and rear windows for the back for winter/fall use
-probably more…. I like to build things :)

Will post more as time allows: farming+working full time+kids= not much free time!

Nice work man. Bolt on's are cool but nothing like the satisfaction you get from building it yourself.
