Being a hot rodder I like to keep the weight down when I can so I used chrome moly .095" tube instead of welded seam pipe. The cm tube in this length is almost three pounds lighter than mild steel.

I love the brand new part on a dirty rig look! Looks goodView attachment 39553 I finally got around to finishing my rear bumper yesterday. This is just a simple light weight bumper to protect the tailgate, tail lights and muffler cover, hopefully. It's held on with only two 3/8" bolts so any pulling will be done off the hitch.

That's great. Looks good!! Want to build one myself. Got any up close pics of how you mounted it? Would love to have some ideas in that department. Sure some of the other guys would too.
I mounted mine between the cage and frame. Gives you a little more room to play with.I've got a buddy that wants me to build one for his 5 seater so the rear cage mounts will be a factor for me. I think I'll use some flat 1/4" mild steel over the cage tube mounts when I make his.
