Hello all, I've been around for over four years watching and learning, and trying to be patient, I found a Yellow 2015 in very clean condition, three hours away. Honda roof and windshield. 5000# winch, unknown mfg. 1000 miles, looks to be factory tires half worn out. They sound like honest people. They came down to $7000. Does that sound right, too high or a good deal? I live in SE CO. for location reference.

There seems to be better after market support now for the P5.

They recently bought a P1K, the reason for selling this one. TIA.

Bought my yellow 2015 for $4400. 900 miles with Honda roof, full windshield, rear bag, winch. I bought it and I wasn't even looking for one. Knew a deal when I saw it though and I was done with belt drives.

Bought a camo '14 P7-2, with less then half that mileage, and no winch or windshield for $5000 earlier this year. State of PA. 7K sounds very high...

If you're willing to pay $7000, check out pricing on new 2018s. Should also be in the 7s . . . brand new machine and auto trans. But that one has a few goodies. Seems somewhat high to me though.

Too High!

I’m not sure I ever shared what I’ve paid for mine but I’d like to help you avoid overpaying, so here it is...
2015 Honda Pioneer 500 with roof, side mirrors, new 26 inch Sedona rip saws, black vision wheels, Honda wind deflector, and I believe 300 ish miles .........$5,000

If you are still going forward with the purchase I would ask for maintenance records and if they can’t produce them tell them you don’t feel comfortable buying a machine that old without them. Tell them your taking a lot of risk and offer $5,000 cash!;)

Good luck

As mentioned above, too high. If you are patience then wait until Christmas time, because they tend to drop across the board between Dec...Feb, based on my experience/buying. Personally, I see a little higher prices right before hunting season which is now, so keep your cash handy and keep looking...

Agree with others: too high!

I paid $6500 for my 2015 w/4** miles last year at a dealer, albeit without a windshield or winch. It would have been cheaper from a private party.
The best attribute of the 500 is that it tends to be cheap, realitively speaking.

Too high, $500 more may get a new one around here. Not to discourage you, but some honest feedback that may help negotiation. 2017+ gets upgrades like Automatic option.
2015 Honda SXS500M2F Pioneer Price. (Avg retail 6400 in my zipcode).

I recently purchased a used private party 2018 with 4 hrs on it for $5900. The clutches were dried out. From lack of use and needed soaked. I got lucky and everything was covered by the warranty.

I'd consider 6k but not 7k. My '15 was $6000 used from private party, with 80 miles on it, Honda full windshield and roof

I've got two 2019 machines. I'm looking to sell the red one. Bone stock with a quad boss roof and about 120 miles. If you're near north texas and interested I'll make you a good deal.

Just looking to sell because I'm getting a talon in a few months. It's the one my wife drives. The whit one has closer to 200 miles, has a winch roof, 27 inch big horns and 1.5 inch spacers. I'd deal on that one if preferred over the red one.

I'm interested in either. I'm close to La Junta, CO. Jerry

I see your location is DWF, that's a long ways from SE CO. LOL.

Yeah that's a drive. Find a reason to visit and just bring your trailer with you.
