P500 is sold. Someone asked why I was selling this unit and I replied but I guess this got deleted. I would like to answer the question and hopefully Honda is listening. I sold the like new P500 to buy a Kubota RTV 520 mainly due to the fact the Kubota has an open rear differential that is lockable by a dash lever. The P500 wasn t easy on my lawn or pasture. I wish the P500 had that feature plus a locking front differential would have been nice also (from the factory).

The wheel base is too short for turf mode on the 500. It's been done and it lurches side to side on acceleration/deceleration to the point it's dangerous.

Yeah, he had the idea when he was here but didn't complete it until after he left. It was basically a lockout hub. He said it was so dangerous that he refused to market it. Tried selling me the whole thing, parts, prototype... after talking to him though I didn't want any part of it.
