P1000 Gas pedal modification

Here is my video on using a hinge to modify the gas pedal to be more comfortable. For all you guardians of the forum, I know others have made this modification and I am not trying to claim this as my original idea, just adding another perspective to a useful mod.

That'll work. You are correct of course, been done by others. That and Throttle-Maxx sells a very nice, albeit expensive at $89 or so, stainless steel version. Throttle Maxx

Yes, been done by others and yep, as mentioned in video, there is the $90 option. But, for those that enjoy spending $80 on something else and like seeing how different people approach the same project differently, this is for them.
And we went out for several hours today and it worked GREAT!
