2016 Honda Pioneer 1000 vs 700 vs 500 | Power-to-Weight Ratio & HP Comparison

Looked at the numbers.
And watched the vidio.
Someone needs to drag race a p500 and a p700.
Similar power to weight, but p700 has 3 speeds and a torque converter, p500 has a manual and 5 speeds.
Difficult to guess the outcome (up to 39 mph).

There a youtube video on it. 700 has about a bike length on the 500.

I looked at the Honda 700 back in '15 when I bought the Viking.. it was the lack of low range that killed it for me. Now, with only three years with the 700, I got bored with the power & bought the 1000. It's good to be back in a Honda again..

Tomorrow is shopping day. Gonna do some stuff around house and hook up trailer get all my stuff together so I will be ready to roll. Road trips are more fun when a new toy is involved.

@Yankee bought his 1000-5 with Honda 2 piece windshield and Honda roof there for nearly the same price as my 700-4 with nothing from sloan's.

I'm not sure what I will come home with but it will definitely be an improvement over the 500 but I will post pics and details.and I will do my best to wear them down and get all l can get.
