I like it. This has been going on for a few years across the country.
Not sure I would want to be the test case though. The county sheriff’s might not enforce it, but would they stop the ATF from arresting you?

The BATFE enforces federal law, not state law. This means they are limited to governing interstate transactions (FFL transfers) not intrastate transactions, nor do they enforce state laws.
