Had a great ride yesterda at the knolls between Tooele, UT & Wendover, NV. There are mountains (steep Hills), rocks, flats, & basic dunes to play around on. I went with a friend who owns a rzr 900 who wanted to come along for the ride & test it out, and another friend who brought his can-am Maverick 1000. My pioneer 4 had 15 miles on it to start the day, & 42 miles at the end. Both friends drove it & were very impressed. They both said they wouldn't mind owning a pioneer. It did 99% of everything we tried one way or another. I am very happy with my purchase.

Sweet. How it perform in the sand? Did you tackle and sand hills?
Wondering how it does.

It did pretty good in the sand. I still have the stock tires on it. I climbed a few sand hills. I couldn't get all the way up the long hills, or if the sand was too soft.

Nice pictures !!! I took my P4 (stock tires) out to the Knolls last fall and had a similar positive experience as BWalton. The long steep (mixed sand) hills couldn't be climbed due to traction issues - need sand tires. The "Knolls" is a very popular a State park riding area for off road vehicles just off of 1-80 on the Western side of Utah. The area transitions from volcanic mountains to the East to the large open Utah / Nevada desert to the West (offering many different riding choices).

Great video of the area - thanks. I believe the Knolls riding area is about 4300' - 4400 ' in elevation. Thanks for posting the video, your pioneer looks like it did great.
