is needed...
that's why I took top
off...more lights to come
.....eagle eye ....day time
running lights (6)..... 1"
and a light for the back
....not to back up....to see
when getting in bags...
or cooler....
should be here today

I like that! I thought of doing something like that for a bit of light in the cab (didn't know what exactly).....my VDP Soundwedge ended up havin 2 blue LED's built in. Got lucky. It does seem bright, I bet you'll like dimmer a little better.

Are they segmented and easy to adjust length? I've installed under cabinet lighting that was easy to work with and modify. That stuff was 120v/24v step down. Hopefully the stuff you have is easy to change.

I used almost those exact same LED strips on my aluminum boat (except Amber color).
I know what you mean about the adhesive backing (weak)... But it's been just over a year, and I've had no issues.
Even stuck on the outside of the hull like this.
