Theres something going on. I can see one here or there. But damI wonder if he has spring sag set up right and over extending/his axels making a severe angle on them. I set my spring sag at 1.5 inches.

You don’t ride hard, gravel road boyHow in the hell do you do this? No steering stop? We have pretty much identical set ups and I've yet to break an axel!

Spring sag is set by using a jack and raising the front and rear of the bike until the shock shaft is fully extended with the tires fully loaded with the bikes weight and tires still on the ground, take measurements, set the bike down roll it back and forth about 10 feet, take a measurement and set at 1.5 inches of spring sag with the weight you usually haul. This is a good starting point. If you run your shocks at the limits all the time you are putting your axels in a bind and will rip cvs joints out left and right!Theres something going on. Climbing a rock ledge and it hopped about half way up and pop.. I really don’t think it should have broke compared to other s*** I’ve been up and the hell I’ve given it getting there.
SATV... I though it was the cage that broke.. but I honesty didn’t pay any attention to it. I’ll look and see... they’re under warranty still, so f*** it! I bought them last March so this will prolly be the last warranty I getWhat brand axle was that?
Lol.. yeah. It’s was just a 30 minute fix... no big deal. But I almost didn’t throw my parts box in and last minute I was like, f*** it and tossed it in.That's a bummer. I'm guessing you probably have spares to get her back on the trail quickly though.
Broke a f***’n axle genius!Dammit what happened?
That rear A arm had weird movement after Overland if you remember, Did you ever check that out?SATV... I though it was the cage that broke.. but I honesty didn’t pay any attention to it. No steering stops... guess I forgot to put the rear steering stops in. WTFHow in the hell do you do this? No steering stop? We have pretty much identical set ups and I've yet to break an axel!
