Grass Fed-Braised Beef short ribs. Made with bone broth, carrots, garlic, celery, parsnips and onions. Fresh dill rosemary & oregano, salt and pepper. And an IPA to clean up the pan scrapings before dumping it in.

HA! I screwed up again! Talked my wife into being the chain dragger, winder upper today, she didn't really pick up on the concept, I had Jonesie out, 1951 Ford 8N, had the front wheels off the ground 4 feet several times trying to pull a tree to the burn pile, after we got that done, she asked do you do that all the time? I replied, you married a Smitty! She replied , I see! I need to write a book about the life, times and adventures about Smitty, we all should, not about me, but about you. Give your Grand /Great Grand kids a glimpse of the good life! HA!

Don’t care what I’m driving but not sure I can handle another winter of driving that girlie Xterra.

I don't care what I drive if it gets me around! Learning to drive with your pinkies up is a hassle. HA!
