This thing is jacked up with big tires and rust in places. Thanks for the thought but deep down I think he likes the holes in the hood. His buddy has a Ford with a 460 that he mud races, I think my son is going to experiment with a small block. It's a shame this 360 in Mary's Duster is all shiny, it ran 11.70's when it was in Drew's Duster.

Nope, we have the 501(a 4.15 stroked .040 over 400 with Indy heads and a dominator) but it is Drew's red Duster. The 360 that is in Mary's Duster and the 496 all aluminum HEMI with a 10-71 blower and two Dominators but it would tear that truck in half

That’s a good looking truck for the money! Man it’s so hard to get a good deal around here on any older 4x. Share pics as he builds it!

Here is the better pic, and yes that is his white diesel. The guy he bought it from took a long bed 2500 and cut the frame to fit a short bed. My son bought it and put a tailgate,rear bumper and hitch on it. It still has the 6 inch stack on it but I had some factory late model mufflers and tail pipes left over from all those 6.7 deletes I did. The mufflers are very short and are a straight through 4 inch. He is going to retrofit it on there.

Yea when he first told me he was going to look at it I was hesitant but he works 55 to 65 hours a week and is cheap/responsible with his money so I was pleasantly surprised when I saw it.

Brought my new truck out of hiding and went for a drive. I know it’s too old for most but she’s mine and I love her! In Idaho fueling up after its first wash. Enjoying the still working AC and cruise lol. Beautiful day today!
