Don’t do it. Lol. I should give it up but it’s what helps me get through the day in the truck. Just tried to increase my life insurance and they dinged me pretty hard for the chew.

I used to drink a lot of Coors Light before my stroke. I used to dislike country music years ago because that was all my dad sang and listened to. But a few years ago Jamey Johnson sure made those Coors go down easy.

Yesterdays dinner; Pork Loin baked with Grapeseed, olive and sesame oil. salt pepper garlic with a light smearing of the mix I made for the roasted potatoes and onions with fresh Rosemary, Oregano, olive oil, dijon mustard, salt and pepper.
That was Phenomenally delicious. Making Thai Pho with the rest of the loin.
