Yesterdays dinner; Pork Loin baked with Grapeseed, olive and sesame oil. salt pepper garlic with a light smearing of the mix I made for the roasted potatoes and onions with fresh Rosemary, Oregano, olive oil, dijon mustard, salt and pepper.
That was Phenomenally delicious. Making Thai Pho with the rest of the loin.

So my wife helped me get started on one tonight but that’ll make over 65 hours flagged bodywork and paint this weekend. Gunna be busy!

Well I was hungry for a minute after seeing this then my wife sent me to Sonic after supper and I got an M&M blast and watched NHRA Nitro qualifying in Houston. Going to bed now and still rubbing my belly!

Don’t do it. Lol. I should give it up but it’s what helps me get through the day in the truck. Just tried to increase my life insurance and they dinged me pretty hard for the chew.

I just recently found out about a policy thru KYFB... you put 100k into an account that basically you can’t pull from for the first 4 years. After that you can borrow against it but as long as you pay it back within a year and you keep the money in, it’s 5 million in life insurance coverage. The 100k is always yours but if you pull it you lose the 5 million life insurance.
