I thought the stock shocks on the 1000’s were pretty good, or is that on the LE? I need to do some suspension work on my 700-4 to help the ride on it.

The spring rates are higher on the 5, adding them to the 3 would stiffen the ride more.

Gig is up I guess. 98 this Saturday, and supposed to be 100 next.
I went out in the low 90's several weeks back, and it was doable...but as hot as you'd want to try. May just have to get up super early and leave at mid-day.

You could get the top of the line blower and it make zero difference.

Was listening to this song today and it reminded me of how @100Acre might feel after riding in the 500 compared to the 1000. Not sure but I guess it might compare to his women too!

I was lucky enough to have hung my airbrushed stage art behind many members of the Allman Bros including Greg plus many others associated with them like gov mule, Col. Bruce Hampton and Derek Trucks... I hung stuff at the Fox Theatre, Stone Mountain, Variety Playhouse, Harvest festival and others all around the Atlanta area. Fun times! And yes I was a hippie for a while. Now i can’t stand them!
