As long as not a super cheapie tire I’d think you’re ok but probably move up to D when you can. I’d think with your load your under 75% of max weight so not too bad. Get a spare and watch for temps along the way. Make sure bearings look well greased.
I don’t seem to follow those rules and that’s why I hate trailers. Hoping we don’t need one this summer!

Are Load Range C rated tires good enough for towing the 1000 on my car hauler? These tires are fairly new but look skinny and weak. I’m concerned about towing across country on hot summer roads. Do ye think they’ll be ok and am I just being paranoid? They came on the trailer when I bought it for moving the tractor around. The company I bought it from always put on bare minimum tires. I’m just thinking of upgrading to D or E rated tires and wanted y’alls thoughts.

Grab some spares and a block 6x6 block of wood. If ya blow one pull it up on said wood so bad tires off the ground. Grab the impact off with the old, on with the new. Should take 15 minutes.

Did you get the wrong one?
The first one that you wanted to buy if you came over was. The new one was right. Going to get another aftermarket front down the road and then I’ll at least have a left spare. Don’t break many so not too worried. Sure wish fronts were the same, that’s just stupid.

As I posted a few pages back...I finally broke down and ordered tires from Chaparral. The cheapest BH copy I could find...and a good deal at $60 each. Got an email yesterday saying one or more of the items was unavailable.
Called this morning. The tires are NLA. Thier system let my order 4 tires they didn't have. Not real confidence inspiring, TBH. I'd say thus far, RMATV is winning the mega-mail order contest.

I’ve bought two sets of wheels and tires through RMATV with zero problems so far. I order from them all the time and have never had an issue.

Has anybody on here with a 1000-3 switched to 1000-5 shocks my back is screaming for better ride quality but my wallet is screaming it doesn’t have a grand for aftermarket?
I thought the stock shocks on the 1000’s were pretty good, or is that on the LE? I need to do some suspension work on my 700-4 to help the ride on it.
