In the pickup headed now but damn my ears are ringing still from that. Everyone I passed gave me stink eye.

Spring came off muffler on HMF exhaust one day under hard throttle scared the s*** out of me. I let off and turned the ignition off, had no idea WTF happed it just got LOUD instantly.

Bailing wire held it for several months.

First real problem on Wolverine. Can’t really blame rig though exhaust was bent up a bit. Definitely not an enjoyable ride out of the woods right now! View attachment 145824

Lmao! Ya I fired the 1000 up once with without exhaust and it’s unbelievable.
It scared me a little when this happened. It was probably only 75% loud as Honda but it was hour and half of that crap.
Biggest scare I had while driving was last weekend on way out. Damned tie strap fell out and got yarded out of the passenger door at 45mph from the rear tire. There was a whole bunch of garbage on the floorboard I was bringing out, it all exploded through the interior some hit me. Took me a sec to figure out what happened after I calmed back down.

I had that on my mind the whole time. Like I mentioned I didn’t let off the throttle much. Just unloaded and it still seems fine after cooling off so probably ok.

When I put the HMF on I wanted to see how loud it was so I put ear plugs in and then over ear protection. It was still loud, sounded fun though.

I drove it maybe 200yds and I had a neighbor ¾-1 mile away call and ask me what was going on down here.

Can’t imagine how loud it was going through gears! I’d bet you’d never have animal problems lol

We need to do something about space travel as we filling in the valleys and cutting down trees and hills will be turning the world smoother and rounder. we are soon going to increase the speed of rotation due to reduction of drag till the point comes that we all get slung into space .
