You have go through Sault Ste. Marie in the UP to the nearest border crossing there. It’s about 2-hrs. Or so. Now from my home down state to Windsor Ontario it’s about an 1-1/2 hrs.How far from Canadian border is your spot?

I thought you were a little closer. I imagine there’s some good hunting ground there
We got an inch last night. This is the earliest I recall having snow on the ground. I recall 4 years ago we got 18" on Nov 18th.Same here. Going up to my camp this weekend to do some bow hunting before the firearm opener. Looks like where gona have some white stuffView attachment 163494
We had a couple inches over a month ago and it’s snowed 3 times since. Didn’t stick around but it’s showing it’s ugly face really early. That’s why I’m concerned about this year. Looks like deck enclosure will be in order lolWe got an inch last night. This is the earliest I recall having snow on the ground. I recall 4 years ago we got 18" on Nov 18th.

Yes indeed. Anything north of the middle of the state to me is great hunting. Your out of the city then. I also hunt in the south part of the state as well and there are very large bucks there but it still very suburban thoI thought you were a little closer. Al Gore is in a corner crying right now! HahahaWe got an inch last night. This is the earliest I recall having snow on the ground. I recall 4 years ago we got 18" on Nov 18th.
That’s my only issue with snow. When it’s cold it’s all nice and fluffy, can get through it no issues. But when it warms up you have a s***ty mess. Have rode through snow as deep as nearly 3 feet but I’ve been stuck in 9in before. All depends on tempsThe snow up north at camp won’t last but a day. The ground isn’t frozen yet. You have to have a good frost and frozen ground in order for it to stick around. So these early snows will just end up a muddy sloppy mess
Take it out of Turf mode!... Have rode through snow as deep as nearly 3 feet but I’ve been stuck in 9in before. All depends on temps
Lol. Nah not in turf very often. Wet sloppy crap is bad. Builds up and high centers.Take it out of Turf mode!
