Stock krx with a cage vs a $100k+ custom chromoly chassis Talon, 77" wide, 130" wheelbase, turbo. The only honda parts is the engine and a couple pieces of plastic. KRX is still running crappy stock springs lol.

Are there any videos of the terrain/course? I would think the Talons would be in their element running high speed desert terrain.

It's all based on over overall time to finish regardless of class.

Basically a stock KRX with a cage beat a 100k+ talon on time to complete the course. The talon is really not a talon. Its a huge machine, all custom built with an unlimited turbo talon motor.

But makes me wonder if Talon woes was because it was built up to win. All those extra ponies add speed and death to a machine. While KRX just lumbered through everything.
I know I had far fewer problems In stock form on Pioneer then built to take it because then you drive at the next level and destroy more s***.
