I've gotten the impression he wasn't that big of a fan of the KRX...but, my Rmax guess maybe doesn't make all that much sense, since it's a sport/utility hybrid...and keeping the P1K takes care of any utility, so why not go full sport. Talon?

If he keeps the pioneer he only needs a 2 seater for when the kids ain't with him. That means it could be a talon or rmax.
