That's the plan!!!

Just don't know when....I'd like to wait till the kids are off on their own that whey we can sell here and buy a small place up there cash and still have enough to take it easy for a long while 🤞
If you can secure some land now and build later. Our area, it's hard to find affordable places. We bought 19 years ago and paid $ 7,000 an acre for our little piece of heaven 11.5 acres. It would now be least double probably more.

Unless these freaking liberal morons invade our state that would be a good move for you. You would not regret it.

Eventually they will, they are moving from libtard states in droves right now. Then they get where they’re going and try to change that area.

Yeah we've been looking at land (not too seriously) just haven't really committed. By the time my kids are out of high school (10 years or so) we should have the house paid for which is our biggest debt. If the economy isn't shít by then 🤞we should be able to walk away with a good chunck.🤞🤞🤞

I don't need a lot of land (would like to have it though) in my area currently a 1.5 acre lots are going for around 200K. Then another 50K to clear it and bring in fill, then all the impact fees to build..........it adds up quick. 1,200 SQFT himes are selling for 400-500K and it's not just from bidenflation. This are's always been stooopid expensive.

Sucks because not everyone's pay reflects it

Not anymore, whey back in the day city allowed you to dig a pond in your property to get fill to bring up your house to proper elevation. They did away with that about 6 years ago, now you have to bring it in from wherever (job-sites, quarry near by, etc.)
