I mounted mine in the bed at the tailgate. There is the metal frame of the bed and it just takes a little massaging of the plastic with a hammer to dent it in a little.

"The Pub" is the new section.
I click on "new posts" every time I visit. It shows everything since my last visit.
I guess some of us got out of hand last night and/or the last month or so.

I mounted mine on the rops behind the cab. I also thought about the location @my99svt used, but the rig gets used on the farm and would have been in the way for me to haul stuff in the bed. I have 4ft whips and mounted them high because i like to see them above the roof. I just like that look.

Since they are easily removable I like where they are. They stand straight up. I removed them this weekend to haul my old mattress from my RV to the dumpster.
