Who is 'they' and where are you talking about?

Seems every day I hear about some blue city or state is letting criminals out on cashless bail or not charging them at all, even for many violent offenses.

I think most people reading would know what I meant by they. The Blue States not enforcing the laws when a certain segment of the population breaks those laws does not have anything to do with my statement. Completely different discussion

I have had 2 State prosecutors, one being formal Federal prosecutors tell me that. Felony charges have more bite. Selective prosecution is another thing all together. For the record none of these conversations were personally related.
