I think most people reading would know what I meant by they. The Blue States not enforcing the laws when a certain segment of the population breaks those laws does not have anything to do with my statement. Completely different discussion

I honestly don't. You said they are making everything a felony these days. I'm not seeing that.

I have had 2 State prosecutors, one being formal Federal prosecutors tell me that. Felony charges have more bite. Selective prosecution is another thing all together. For the record none of these conversations were personally related.
