Sure did!
Surprised the Caps left there goalie in there
The whole game. $hit when I played, 3rd grade through 10th grade. If I had a bad game and let more than 5 goals in by the 2nd period I got pulled but who am I 🤣
That explains a lot Remi. All the goaltenders I ever played with were a little off. 😆

Has anyone been threatened with a cease and desist over a patent or more appropriately a provisional patent pending?

I made some cool reverse lights for my truck. Improved on several commercially available ideas and posted about it on a Facebook group. I did not make these to sell and I did not sell these but I did post parts and instructions how to build them for about 1/4 the cost of the commercially available parts. I was informed that any revenue generated from this idea was protected by patent and would be pursued legally if necessary.

I don't really have a plan to make more but where does the gray area start on this?

My parts on the truck vs the other guy. IMO using factory mounting holes that exist on every truck doesn't make this idea patentable and installing different lights in a similar tube doesn't infringe on the idea.

Either way, backing up is better now.

If you're using different parts or materials, they have nothing. If you've altered the design by 30% or more, they have nothing. A provisional patent only lasts a year.

That would apply only if he were selling them though, right? If he's just showing people how he built something so they can DIY it themselves, there's no possible patent issue as far as I'm aware.

Well? Has the planting started?? @Plumber32 said that he will haul everyones beer for the 9 @ 9 TO ride. He has the best tires, the best machine, and the biggest vagina so he can fit all of it without fear from "the man" (that's @TripleB). I can't wait for this adventure 😂
