Me too. I usually don't believe anyone myself (esp plumbers). I invited him to join. Told him about the fan thread, but he kinda seemed like he was over the thing already.

These panhandling wars are getting out of hand.
I thought about doing it just to see how much money I can make...

But then I see a guy with no legs. Or a pregnant woman. I can't compete with that. I'm expecting to see someone sitting on the median with somebody in a coffin beside him at any time.

I don’t want any comments or condolences but today my father had a stroke. He’s here and can talk a little but it’s labored and doesn’t remember much. He’s a good man and has led a hard life still working hard at his age.
Again I’d appreciate this not to become a topic or talk about it but he could use some positive thoughts and prayers his way.

Thank you sir. He’s doing better and we’re hoping for a good recovery. I haven’t really known what to say or do for him through this but it’s nice to finally spend some time with him and say a couple things I haven’t been the best at. He’s a good man and I hope he’s around awhile longer.

I was in the hospital and rehab 46 days, I don't remember most of it. You are doing the right thing, my great wife was by my side all the time when I was in ICU. I can hardly believe the stories she and my sister tell about me!

I can’t understand what that would be like. You hear a lot from people but don’t really get it. I’m sorry to hear that and it’s really good you came back out! It’s amazing how fast things can change in life!

That's why I like to ride with my 82 year old Dad as much as possible , I take Rooster, Dad takes his Rincon, I can't keep up with him in the tight woods, HA!
