Thanks! They are cool and run good but I would not recommend it for a daily driver. Luckily I walked about 200 feet to my shop!;)
Ya I’ve driven them before, they are not the friendliest for a daily to say the least. Years back I glassed a really broken up hood back together on one because the part was like 12k. I really liked the gts-r. Doubt I’ll ever see one much less touch it.
We get a ton of Challengers in the shop. Probably 5-6 Hellcats so far. Hoping to someday see a Demon come through

We had a 2009 SRT 8 Challenger, it rode very good and was pretty peppy for 425 horsepower. We put a cold air on it and had a good programmer on it so it probably had at least 426 hp  I can only imagine a Demon with double the horsepower with an 8 speed and less weight :D

A Srt8 challenger can be a handful. A hellcat is really too much for a daily. One I rode in had sticky tires and would fishtail at full throttle at 125 mph. A blip of the throttle in the rain and you would be done for I imagine.

I would’ve hung out at your place a lot I think. Baddest Mopar I ever had was a 67 Satellite with a 426 stage 3 wedge. It was bad as hell but just horrible to drive. Had mainly higher end turbo rwd jap cars in the early years. Some were bad ass. Loved anything Japanese as long as it was rwd or awd.
My Dad was Mopar and raced Sprint cars so I had lots of Pentastar in my blood.
I remember him running 340ci even being so expensive because they would hold up with only a rebuild per season and Chev or Ford wouldn’t touch that. He didn’t do great because we didn’t have much money but he’d rebuild engines for others for tires and parts. The guy was good back in the day with that stuff

We still have the wife's 71 Duster that I had finished before my stroke. It has an Edelbrock headed 360 in it that ran 11.70's in my son's 71. My Coronet was the baddest thing I ever built/owned. Mopar small blocks were the baddest of the small blocks back in the day.Yes you would have fit in here very well.
