Not much debt, your RV could cover all of mine and have enough left over to buy a nice used r.v.! Lol.Hahaha you probably got more cash than me. I’ll trade your debt portfolio anytime, and I don’t even know what yours is!

I was adding it up in my head. Owe 42,000 on my house, it's worth 150,000. 39,000 on the ram, 9,000 on my work van. That's how I get by losing $ 3,000 a year being self employedWoot woot!! Atta boy!

Mine is well into the 7 figures.... my payments are over $100k a month....let me know when you want to switch...
Depends on what the income side looks like. If we are switching, it'd have to be both the ins and the outs of the account.

I've seen too many contractors lose everything when the economy slows, or they don't get paid for a job. I'm really trying hard not to follow them. I pay for all my materials on the spot. No $10,000 + bill at the end of the month that you didn't expect. I work in beautiful houses all day and have to remind myself that they can't miss a day of work. I sure don't have the absolute best of anything, but I'm satisfied. Wife and kids are happy. And I could go be a greeter at Walmart and get by lolMine is well into the 7 figures.... my payments are over $100k a month....let me know when you want to switch...

Oh I understand. We almost lost it all a few year ago. It was day by day but by the grace of God we pulled through. 2 years of not very good sleep and robbing Peter to pay Paul. When that all started I owed around 6.5MM and we are down in the 2.7MM range now. As we get things paid off it’s going to be a lot harder for me to borrow that type of money again. Everyone thinks your rich because you have high gross numbers but everything else it high also. Heck payroll is over 200K every other week.
There's two differences between my neighbor that has about 20 times as much acreage as I do and all brand new equipment and myself I may have to work on my junk every once in awhile but when I die my life insurance, my wife will be set . Vs when he dies they're going to have a big old sale!!There is a reason they call it gross. It is pretty damn gross how much is left in the net.
Tacos?
