Hello, I'm Bones

Hello All,
My wife I just bought a Pioneer 1000-5 Deluxe and picking it up next weekend. I need suggestions for Roof, windshield, mirrors and any other suggestions are welcome. On windshield, I'd like pros/cons on the two piece vs the single one piece. Suggestions on where to buy these items are needed as-well.
Any and all input is welcome.

I have owned, or currently own the following: UTV, ATV, Motorcycle
My off-road experience level is: Intermediate
My favorite place to ride is: At home with kids and grand kids and Cloud 9 Ranch in southern Missouri.
